Earlier on Monday, Australian film star Nicole Kidman and her husband, country music singer Keith Urban welcomed a baby girl, calling her Sunday Rose.

“Nicole and Keith Urban are delighted to announce that Nicole Kidman gave birth to a baby girl on Monday morning, July 7, 2008 in the United States,” her agent, Allen Eichhorn, said in a statement.

“Sunday Rose Kidman Urban weighed six pounds, seven and a half ounces (2.9 kilograms). Husband Keith was by Nicole’s side and mother and baby are very well,” he said.

The baby is the first biological child for either Kidman or Urban. Nicole had adopted kids while she was with Tom Cruise.
