Billy Ray had this to say of daughter Miley Cyrus’ 20 year-old boyfriend, Justin Gaston: “He’s a great guy, a really talented guy.”

Apparently, Billy Ray also thinks he’s a good influence on his daughter and sees glimpses of himself in Justin when he was just 20 years old. Sources reveal that Justin is a long time friend of the family.

Justin is an underwear model and an aspiring country singer.
