Trainer Dawn Brancheau, 40, passed away after being attacked by the orca named Tilikum or “Tilly” last Wednesday at SeaWorld in Florida.

One witness reports, “I saw the trainer was in the water and the whale had a hold of her. The trainers and other employees were trying to get him to let her go.”

Another witness reports eerily, “We realized when the whale came up for air that [Tillikum] had the trainer in his mouth.”

“I saw Tilly surface with a trainer in his mouth. He was becoming frantic himself. After they finally got him enclosed somewhat, they were closing in on him. I saw Tilly go into the adjoining pool and surface. I saw her lying on top of him as he came up. That was all before I was ushered out of the venue,” another witness said.

Yet another witness said that while Brancheau was laying face to face with the whale, “I then noticed immediately that he had bit down on a piece of her hair. Within the span of two seconds she was pulled into the pool, unable to get her hair released from his mouth.”

One woman wrote, “One of the guests that was at Dine with Shamu asked if she was going to be okay ’cause she witnessed Dawn being pulled under by the hair.”

The singer is opening up to Playboy magazine about his many conquests, particularly Jessica Simpson, whom he likens to crack cocaine.

“Drugs aren’t good for you if you do lots of them,” he says in the mag’s March issue. “Yeah, that girl is like crack cocaine to me.”

Simpson dyed her blonde hair dark brown and tried to become intellectual during her on and off relationship with Mayer in 2007. She also famously retained her virginity until her marriage to Nick Lachey, which ended in 2005.

But Mayer does his best to dismantle Simpson’s good girl image by describing his sexual relationship with her as “crazy,” calling it “sexual napalm.”

Simpson’s response? She tweeted Wednesday: “interesting day so far…hmm” before making a reference to boxing.

He’s also under fire for comments he made in the same article about African-American women.

Alla Vadimirovna Kournikova, the mother of tennis great Anna Kournikova, was arrested on charges of child neglect Tuesday afternoon in Florida after police learned that her son was allegedly left alone and jumped out of a window.

According to a Palm Beach Police Department probable cause affidavit obtained by ET, Kournikova knowingly left her five-year-old son by himself in excess of 50 minutes with the doors to the residence locked by deadbolt. The child later jumped out of a second-story window to get out of the house — 15 feet down to a crushed stone walkway — and entered the backyard pool to soothe his injured feet. His neighbors found him alone, wet and crying.

When Kournikova returned to the residence, she cooperated with police and explained that her son did not want to go with her to run errands, so she left him watching TV with a phone.

Ivana Trump was reportedly escorted off a New York-bound airplane on Sunday after police say she became angry with some children on the flight.

Trump was scheduled to return to New York from Florida but was instead taken off the aircraft for allegedly cursing at some kids that were running and screaming down the aisles, police told the Associated Press.

Law officials claim that when the flight attendants attempted to calm the first ex-wife of Donald Trump, she became even more agitated. Palm Beach County sheriff’s deputies say they asked Trump to exit the plane but she refused. It was then that she was escorted off the aircraft.

According to AP, no charges have been filed against Trump in the incident that took place at Palm Beach International Airport.

Anne Hathaway was involved in a traffic collision in West Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon.

A police spokesperson tells us the actress was a passenger in a car (driven by a male) that collided with a bicyclist. Police say the bicyclist was at fault but was not severely injured or taken to the hospital.

The collision occurred around 1:10 p.m, and the actress was unharmed.
