David Beckham is no stranger to controversy - now he’s paying the price for getting into a shouting match with hecklers at a soccer game!

The commissioner of Major League Soccer fined Beckham $1000 on Friday following a verbal spat five days earlier between the star and some rowdy fans, says the Associated Press.

During the halftime of an exhibition game, Beckham shouted at a group of fans who’d been heckling him, daring them to come down from the stands onto the soccer field. The AP says he even attempted to hoist himself over some advertising boards, but security stepped in.

Police ended up arresting one spectator who left the stands.

Football ace Cristiano Ronaldo has described his record-breaking move to Real Madrid as “historic” - and celebrated by kissing Paris Hilton in a nightclub.

He said: “I have had my time at Man United. It’s time to look forward and £80m is quite a sum of money.”

But on Wednesday night Ronaldo had other things on his mind. The 24-year old celebrated his dream transfer by spending a steamy night with Paris Hilton in Los Angeles. An onlooker at the nightclub described how the sexy pair “were sucking each other’s faces off like their plane was going down”.

As news of his “historic” transfer broke, Paris had told a friend: “He’s hot, a real athlete - and the chemistry between us was electric.”

David and Victoria.s new fragrance is set to arrive in international department stores just in time for the holiday season.

Victoria Beckham is set to follow in her husband’s footsteps.

The former Posh Spice of the Spice Girls, Victoria has been roped in by Giorgio Armani to launch his new global Emporio Armani underwear collection. Indications are that the collection is to be unveiled next spring.

“Who better than Victoria Beckham to launch our new global Emporio Armani underwear campaign?” said Armani in a press release. “Victoria is a style icon, a dynamic lady whose influence and recognition will add great excitement to the continued international growth of our Emporio Armani women’s underwear business.”

Victoria’s new modeling gig follows the hugely successful campaign of her husband David Beckham, who also stripped down for the famous Italian designer for his steamy underwear modeling debut.

Victoria Beckham dabbled in a taste of India as she tried on exquisite bridal wear for Vogue India’s ‘bridal’ November issue. The English pop star will grace the cover of the magazine as well.

Posh Spice also gave an interview to the magazine (quite rare for her you know), and chatted about her fashion, style and life with soccer icon husband David Beckham and their three sons, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz.

“I feel like an Indian princess!” she exclaimed, as she slipped into the sari. “You know, as a designer, I love the detailing in these clothes. It’s so me - this is real craftsmanship.”

Posh added: “I’ve never worn anything like it. The talent that goes into making these clothes is phenomenal.”
