The info is out on the protective order issued by the court that limits Chris Brown’s interactions with Rihanna, whose given name is Robyn Fenty.

The order filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday stipulates that Chris must not “harass, strike, threaten, assault (sexually or otherwise), follow, stalk, molest, destroy or damage personal or real property, disturb the peace, keep under surveillance, or block movements of the protected persons named above,” with Robyn Fenty listed as the protected person. The order expires on March 5, 2012 and also requires Chris to surrender or sell any licensed firearms within 24 hours. The order also prevents the teenage R&B star from attempting to dissuade witnesses from attending a hearing or testifying, or trying to “obtain the addresses or locations of protected persons or their family members, caretakers, or guardian unless good cause exists otherwise.”

Another stipulation of the order states that the protected person — Rihanna — may record any prohibited communications made by the restrained person — Chris.

Rihanna and Brown have reportedly been spending time at Diddy’s mansion on Miami Beach’s Star Island - so is it thanks to him that they’re back together again.

Photographers snapped pictures of Brown riding a Jet Ski and driving a car during the weekend. Rumors that he partied Saturday night with reality TV star Khloe Kardashian were dismissed by Kardashian Sunday, who wrote on her blog that she was with a friend who looked like Brown. According to “E! News,” not only is Brown focusing on his relationship with Rihanna, but he’s also recording new music.

Pictures of Rihanna in Miami have not yet emerged. Rihanna’s dad, Roland Fenty, spoke with People about his daughter’s reported decision to get back together with Brown, noting that though he hasn’t spoken with Rihanna since her birthday last week, “Whatever road she chooses, I’m behind her.”

Chris Brown and Rihanna have apparently reconciled, three weeks after he was accused of beating her on the night of the Grammys.

The 19-year-old Brown and the 21-year-old Rihanna have been spending time together in Miami, at a home Sean Combs owns. “They’re together again. They care for each other,” a source tells People.

“While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves,” the unnamed source tells the magazine.

Rihanna should have been celebrating her 21st birthday today. Instead, the Barbadian songbird is lying low in Los Angeles and staying strong.

Her camp finally broke radio silence and issued a statement to fans.
“At the request of the authorities, Rihanna is not commenting about the incident involving Chris Brown,” her publicist says in a statement.

“She wants to assure her fans that she remains strong, is doing well, and deeply appreciates the outpouring of support she has received during this difficult time.” It’s the first statement since her rep said Rihanna was “well” in the hours following her alleged altercation with Brown on Feb. 8.

Los Angeles police have opened an internal investigation into who illicitly leaked a close-up photograph of Rihanna’s brutalized face purportedly taken after her Feb. 8 altercation with Chris Brown.

“The Los Angeles Police Department takes seriously its duty to maintain the confidentiality of victims of domestic violence,” the LAPD said in a statement Thursday. The department has yet to publicly identify Rihanna as the alleged victim in Brown’s case.

“A violation of this type is considered serious misconduct, with penalties up to and including termination.”

The LAPD says it immediately launched an investigation after its media relations department was inundated with press inquiries about the picture, which first surfaced on TMZ.com and appeared to the cops to be a photo taken “during an official domestic violence investigation.”
