Michael Lohan has finally been charged with 2nd degree harassment for allegedly threatening and attacking his fiancé Kate Major.  According to police documents, Michael Lohan threatened to kill her, called her a “c*nt” and kicked her in the face.

“My fiancé Michael Lohan came home while I was sleeping in a sofa chair.  He woke me up, yelling, ‘Why didn’t you pick up your cell phone, you stupid c**t,’” says Kate.
Kate continues, “He then turned over the chair while I was still in it, tossing me to the floor.  I crawled to the other side of the room to get away from him.  He walked over to me, took his shoe off and kicked me in my face while I was still on the ground.  He stood over me and said, ‘I’m going to go back to jail cause of you, cause I will kill you.’”

Kate says, “He said all of this to me cause he is afraid I’m going to leave him.  I am very afraid of him.”

Michael Lohan on the other hand, claims he “never physically abused” Kate…he says Kate was “heavily intoxicated.”  The statement from Michael’s lawer, Lisa Bloom says:  “Michael Lohan 100% denies each and every one of Kate Major’s allegations.  He has never threatened to harm her, never assaulted her, and never physically abused her in any way. Kate was heavily intoxicated during the verbal argument between Michael and Kate in the early afternoon on Monday.  Michael Lohan has been clean and sober for six years. Michael Lohan is fully cooperating with the police investigation.  No charges have been filed.  He expects to be fully vindicated.”

Um…can someone say crazy? What is wrong with the Lohan family? Is this just another way the Lohan family can stay in the spot light while Lindsay is locked away behind bars…

Vienna is a scandalous whore…at least according to recent emails that surfaced early this week.  As reported by TMZ Vienna Girardi has been keeping in touch with her former boyfriend Lee Smith while still being involved with Jake Pavelka, “The Bachelor.”

Just one week before big mouth Vienna broke things off with fame-whore Pavelka, Smith released eight racy emails claiming they were “dating.”  Mind you they were apparently  “in love” while Vienna was still engaged to Jake.  Can someone say shady?

Wow, Lee you must be a keeper, you are one great speller!  Another email from Vienna reads: “I may be doing playboy this weekend…Xoxo.”  Vienna has publicly denied rumors that she is doing a Playboy spread.  A source close to Vienna claims she wasn’t the author of these emails…someone hacked into her email account.  Hah!  What do you think?

Surprise, surprise!  Something we all knew would be coming…but didn’t know it would be this soon.  Thought they would at least milk it for another year for publicity…Jake Pavelka and his fiancée Vienna Giradi from “The Bachelor” have split.

A rep for the couple said, “Jake and Vienna have split. They appreciate the respect for their privacy at this time.”  Privacy? They’ve conducted their entire relationship in the public eye, do they even know what privacy is?

Wanna bet, Jake will make an appearance on this season of “The Bachlorette”?

Anyone looking to be a princess?  Well just your luck, Prince Harry is back on the market!  Looks like it’s splitsville for Prince Harry and his on-again, off-again girlfriend Chelsy Davy.  According to recent reports, Davy plans to move back to Zambia, South Africa to pursue a legal career.

“We’re finished. This is a new beginning for me,” Davy supposedly told “friends.”  “I want to start my career in South Africa where I plan to spend the rest of my life. I don’t want to live in Britain.”

The duo have been on and off for about six years.  A source close to the couple said, “It was an obvious time for a clean break. The spark is gone and she’s focused on moving back to be where her heart lies.”  Thoughts….

“Listen to your intuitions, they’re always right”…Simon Monjack is one shady douche bag!  According to recent reports Simon Monjack had been hiding some pretty important information from Brittany Murphy…He had two children!

Simon’s mother, brother and a therapist were going through Simon’s computer and past e-mails over the weekend when they made the discovery.  It turns out two different women were e-mailing back and forth, asking for money for child support for children in which he had fathered.  They also found wire transfers of more than $48,000 sent over the years, to his lawyers.

Simon’s mother reportedly gave the computer to the coroner’s office against Sharon’s will…We’re told Sharon filed a theft report with cops.  The investigation remains ongoing.

39-year-old Monjack was found dead at his Hollywood Hills home after suffering a suspected heart attack, nearly five months after his wife, Brittany Murphy collapsed in the shower.  Murphy died as a result of “pneumonia, anemia and multiple drug intoxication.”
