Maxim’s editor in chief, Joe Levy explained why Katy placed first,  “It’s that feeling you get when you suddenly realize that the smartest, funniest, coolest girl you know also happens to be the best looking and a pretty good skateboarder too.” Okay, well I am glad she is a pretty good skateboarder, but last time I checked this was the list of Maxim’s Hottest, not Maxim’s Tomboy.

Sports Illustrated cover model Brooklyn Decker, placed second, Avatar actress, Zoe Saldana was voted third, followed by “Gossip Girl” star Blake Lively.  Megan Fox made the list at number 5.

This is unbelievable! She beat out Blake Lively, Brooklyn Decker and Megan Fox? WHAT!  Jennifer Aniston, Beyonce, and Halle Berry were just a few of the celebrities missing from the list all together.   What do you think?  Who do you think should have topped the list?

Outspoken actress Megan Fox is at it again, talking about her weaknesses with acting, her mistrust of people in the entertainment industry and her experience with stripping down to her underwear for Emporio Armani.

“There are some women you could put in underwear and photograph them, and it looks really classy and it doesn’t necessarily provoke a pinup image. But with me it does, immediately, as soon as I’m in underwear. I’m a Vargas girl.” the actress, dressed in Giorgio Armani attire and Yurman jewelry on the cover of W magazine, says of her Armani ads. “I feel intimidated by fashion. I hate doing photo shoots.”
Fox gained her fame from her work in the blockbuster movie franchise ‘Transformers’ and says her main weakness when acting is her nerves. “I have no confidence, and because of that I’m always second-guessing myself.”

As for the entertainment industry, Fox says she’s not very trusting. “I especially don’t trust girls in this industry, because it’s incredibly competitive, and I’m just not interested.”

Now we are talking! No wonder Victoria Beckham has been cast aside for the sexy, seductive Megan Fox.

The black-and-white video released on Feb. 11 shows Megan in her Armani skivvies — so small that she’s practically nude!

Megan Fox will be the new official worldwide spokesmodel for Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans starting from Spring/Summer 2010.

WWD reports the 23-year-old actress, who is replacing Victoria Beckham, was photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott in Los Angeles over the weekend.

Last week, Portuguese soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo signed on to be the spokesmodel for the men’s Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans campaigns.

Weird! Megan Fox reveals that she just cannot hop on a plane without Britney Spears.

“I developed that (a fear of flying) when I turned 20. All of a sudden I got really afraid to get on airplanes. I had to come up with a way to deal with it because I didn’t want to have panic attacks every time I get on a plane. I know for a fact it’s not in my destiny to die listening to a Britney Spears album, so I always put that on in my (headphones) when I’m flying because I know it won’t crash if I’ve got Britney on,” she says.

Well, that’s a really wild assumption. I wonder what will happen if both of them take the plane together.
