You got to be kidding me!  Lindsay Lohan has turned to Twitter, to ask CHANEL to help pimp out her SCRAM bracelet.  The 23-year-old train wreck recently tweeted, “Can CHANEL please help me out by getting me some stickers to put on my scram bracelet so that I can at least wear a chic dress?! maybe!?”

Unfortunately for her, the SCRAM bracelet is not allowed to be tampered with.  The maker of the ankle bracelet,  “warns that anything that affects the alcohol-monitoring device could be considered a violation and could trigger its tampering mechanism.”

LiLo has to wear the alcohol monitoring bracelet as part of her probation.  Wonder if we will be seeing the new summer accessory bedazzled…

Miss LiLo herself was spotted out in West Hollywood with a  new hair ‘do…the train wreck star reportedly spent 10 hours at the Andy Lecompte salon, going from auburn brunette to platinum blonde.

Well, at least her new ugly color will match the ugly SCRAM device she has to wear on her wrist.  The starlet is due back in court July 6.

Sucks to be LiLo.  Lindsay Lohan finally arrived back in Los Angeles just in time for her court hearing. The 23-year-old has been partying it up at the 2010 Cannes International Film Festival, and apparently reported her passport “stolen”, the same day she was supposed to travel back to LA in time for her court hearing.  Her hearing was postponed and her unsympathetic judge issued a warrant for Lindsay Lohan’s arrest and set bail at $100,000.

Lindsay Lohan showed up to a Beverly Hills court house this morning…10 minutes late…that was enough for Judge Revel to lay down the law.  Judge Marsha Revel told the hot mess that she was required to attend one alcohol education course a week,  wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet, undergo weekly drug testing, and will be prohibited from drinking alcohol.  Lindsay must be fitted for the SCRAM bracelet within 24 hours.  Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley tried her best at convincing the judge this would interfere with her upcoming work.  Apparently Lohan is due to begin filming in Texas for an upcoming movie role…Hah! Guess this means you won’t be wearing shorts in this upcoming film.

“Ms. Lohan has a number of upcoming photo shoots as well as filming a movie in Texas…the SCRAM bracelet would interfere,” she said.

If she violates  her probation, Lindsay will probably be seeing herself behind bars.  Lindsay’s next hearing is set for July 6th.  What do you think will go down?  Let the games begin…

As if this isn’t shady…According to French Authorities Lindsay Lohan never reported her passport stolen.  Oh surprise, surprise….you’re genius excuse didn’t work this time LiLo!  Lindsay has been partying it up at the 2010 Cannes International Film Festival, and apparently reported her passport “stolen”, the same day she was supposed to travel back to LA in time for her court hearing. Her lawyer, claims that Lohan reported the passport stolen, but French authorities are confirming that the train wreck star never filed a police report, when the passport mysteriously went missing.  Hah!

According to TMZ LiLo has obtained a new passport, and is on her way home….but looks like she hasn’t made it back in time for court.  The “someone-stole-my-passport” excuse didn’t work for this judge.  Judge Marsha Revel issued a warrant for Lindsay Lohan’s arrest and set bail at $100,000, after the drunkey failed to show up for her mandatory hearing this morning.  If she can post bail she is required to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet, undergo weekly drug testing, and will be prohibited from drinking alcohol….Hah! Good luck with that one…have a fun time behind bars girlfriend!

She tried to get on her flight yesterday without her passport and was turned away.  We were working into the wee hours of the morning trying to get her a temporary passport in order to get her home.  Lindsay is distraught because it was her intention to get back to L.A. today to do more alcohol education classes and appear in court tomorrow.”

Lindsay Lohan is ordered to appear at court tomorrow morning, in Los Angeles but unfortunately the trainwreck is stuck in Paris waiting for a replacement, and may not make it back in time.  Are you kidding me, couldn’t you have come up with a better excuse?  The judge, Marsha Revel made a statement that if LiLo isn’t in court by 8:30AM, she will issue an arrest warrant.  Uh Oh! Looks like someone may be going to jail…
