Lindsay Lohan definitely had it coming, however she has been lucky for so long there was always a slight chance she could get lucky again. Unfortunately for her, that was not the case today after she was ordered to appear in court for violating her probation for DUI charges. And fortunately for everyone watching the court session, it was utter entertainment as Lindsay cried hysterically to Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel.

Lindsay has played all of her cards and this time the Judge called her bluff. LiLo was ordered to serve 90 days in jail for violation of her probation caused by her absences in court ordered, alcohol counseling sessions. Additionally, Lohan is also ordered to serve 90 days at in-patient drug and alcohol abuse treatment following the completion of her jail sentence.

Lindsay was given the opportunity to address the court where she explained, “I did do everything that I was told to do and did the best I could.” Lindsay continued to cry as she explained she thought she was in compliance with her court orders and was misinformed by the Right On program where she had been attending counseling.

Realistically, it is amazing she has stayed out of the slammer this long. Lohan has been battling the court system since her original DUI charge in 2007. For over three years she has been violating and manipulating the circumstances. Today, her luck ran out. Judge Revel also ordered Lindsay to keep the SCRAM bracelet on until she surrenders to serve her 90 day sentence. The judge has given her two weeks time, and LiLo will have to surrender to custody on July 20.

LMAO!  Drama, Drama, Drama!  Never stops with Lindsay Lohan.  What a great present to receive on your birthday…a punch in the face. “A waitress just hit me - punched me for no reason,” Lindsay Lohan wrote on Twitter around 1 a.m. PT.

The 24-year-old train wreck star was at the club Voyeur in West Hollywood, celebrating her July 2nd birthday, when apparently a server sucker punched her in the face.  Hah! Apparently LiLo was partying with Paris Hilton’s ex-boyfriend Doug Reinhardt….a  witness said “The waitress has a history with Doug Reinhardt,” adding, “Lohan was hanging out with him.  She was jealous.”

But wait…it doesn’t stop there.  Miss Lohan ended up leaving the club, and went to a nearby party at the Rockstar House.  She supposedly ran into the jealous boxer again!  “Lohan showed up and cried because the waitress was there as well,” says a source.  Well, it’s her birthday and she can cry if she wants to!

Unreal!  Remember when train wreck star, Lindsay Lohan was busted with a DUI and cocaine in her pocket back in 2007?  Well, it turns out the cop handling her case was totally unaware of what coke actually looked like, and mistook it for a breath mint…throwing the evidence in the trash!  Come on!  We’re talking about Lindsay Lohan for Christ’s sake.

According to the Santa Monica police report the oblivious officer “discovered a folded Clinique sun care card with an unknown substance caked onto the surface of the card in Lohan’s right rear pocket.”

The report reads:  “Some of the white substance fell to the floor. I used my foot to see what had fell but thought nothing of it. I did not recognize the substance attached to the card and initially thought the substance was a wet crushed breath mint. I put the card into the jail trash can next to the booking windows. I was looking at the floor and began to recognize the substance as resembling powder cocaine. I then recovered the card from the trash.”

As reported the card was pulled from the trash about two minutes later, and was put in an evidence envelope.  Unfortunately, the cocaine was no longer valid evidence due to evidence contamination.

Hah!! Wow, nice to know we have cops out there who don’t know the difference between cocaine and breath mints….great investigators!

As shocking as it is for anyone to want Lindsay Lohan anywhere near them, it is true LiLo has been contacted by Donald Trump’s producers for the next season of Celebrity Apprentice.

According to LiLo’s mom, Dina Lohan, “Donald is a friend of the family, and producers of ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ have approached Lindsay to appear in the next season.” Whether or not Lindsay accepts, “She’s deciding if she wants to do it or not, but she currently  has three films in production, so she’s very busy.”

Who knows if Lindsay Lohan could be too busy with her movies… or rehab… or jail. This week, another arrest warrant was put out for her train wreck ass because of a report from her SCRAM bracelet. Dina Lohan explained, “She was at the MTV Awards and somebody spilled a drink on her leg, which must have set off the SCRAM bracelet. She has done absolutely nothing wrong and shouldn’t have to wear the bracelet in the first place. She is doing absolutely fine.” No, really. We believe that.

Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan, aka Worst Dad Ever,  has decided to open up a nightclub in New York.  Michael has become partner to the new nightclub opening at the Annona restaurant in the Hamptons, a club named Controversy, of course.  Couldn’t have been a better name!  He must be naming it after the many disputes he has had with both LiLo and her mom, Dina Lohan.

But no worries…this club will offer a valet service in case you happen to get too drunk, and they will screen for drugs.  Wait…so will you be able to get in if your clean?  The 50-year-old celeb-wanna-be-douche is hoping for his son, Michael’s help, to help manage the place on the weekends.  “Who knows…maybe it will become a family enterprise.” Unfortunately…don’t think LiLo will take any part in this one, she won’t even be able to get in!
