No, it’s not Britney Spears but her sister, Jamie Lynn, that is pregnant. TheNational Enquirer is reporting that Jamie Lynn Spears is pregnant again. Considering the fact that her sister Britney had her second child just about a year after her first, it doesn’t seem so impossible that she would be pregnant with her second child less than four months after having her first.

Britney Spears’ 27th birthday on 2nd December will see the release of the pop star’s new album - Circus. The release turns out to be much sooner than what most people expected - despite reports that the album won’t be out till the year end.

“Womanizer,” the first single from the album Circus to be released will hit the radio waves on September 22. The announcement comes close on the heels of Britney’s triple win at the MTV Video Music Awards.

Britney Spears was spotted in a video store on Sunday night with her sister Jamie Lynn, who’s already slimmed down considerably post-pregnancy.

She may be just 17, but Jamie Lynn Spears is already harvesting hopes of being a ’soccer mom’ to her new-born, Maddie Briann. Barely three weeks since she was born, Maddie has wrought an incredible transformation in her teen-mom’s outlook towards life.

In an interview to OK! Magazine, Jamie Lynn puts forward the belief that at home, her baby’s growing up the right way - away from the razzmatazz that is Hollywood. “Around here, everyone has the same focus,” Jamie Lynn tells OK!. “The focus is family, and that’s a good way to live.”

In the article, she had a lot to say about the positives of being a mother, and also reiterates how she’s received great support from the baby’s father, fiancé Casey Aldridge, and her own mom, Lynne Spears.

She considers motherhood as her ‘No. 1′ priority at the moment, and is reveling in the feeling of being a mother.

“Mama has been here a bunch,” she said. “She wants to see the baby all the time. She told me the doctors are always going to be real strict and tell you, `Don’t do this and don’t do that.’ Just follow your instincts. You’re the mother and you know what your baby needs. That’s what I’ve done and it seems to have worked.”….”I would love being the soccer mom,” she said. “They don’t have soccer down here, but I would love being the softball mom driving the kids around.”

It’s being reported that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are back in court awaiting a hearing about their child custody details. We will be sure to post the outcome as we find out more details.

This all comes just days after Britney came back to California.

Update:

E! News is reporting that Spears wore a white blouse and Federline wore a gray suit. They arrived separately around 8:30 this morning and entered the complex through a garage to avoid paparazzi.

Sources are telling E! News that their attorneys have been in discussions about allowing the boys to have overnight visitation rights with Spears. Spears was hoping that overnight visitation rights would have started last week, but that ruling was delayed.

Spears has also made it known that she wants her sons to meet brand-new cousin, Jamie Lynn’s daughter, Maddie, if she is able to convince anyone to allow her to fly her sons to Louisiana.
