It’s being reported that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are back in court awaiting a hearing about their child custody details. We will be sure to post the outcome as we find out more details.

This all comes just days after Britney came back to California.

Update:

E! News is reporting that Spears wore a white blouse and Federline wore a gray suit. They arrived separately around 8:30 this morning and entered the complex through a garage to avoid paparazzi.

Sources are telling E! News that their attorneys have been in discussions about allowing the boys to have overnight visitation rights with Spears. Spears was hoping that overnight visitation rights would have started last week, but that ruling was delayed.

Spears has also made it known that she wants her sons to meet brand-new cousin, Jamie Lynn’s daughter, Maddie, if she is able to convince anyone to allow her to fly her sons to Louisiana.

We will see about that one….

Boy George was planning a 24-date tour across the United States until he was denied a visa to get here.

The whole mess stems back to a criminal case he is involved in where he allegedly assaulted and falsely imprisoned a male escort in Norway.

He probably won’t be getting into the U.S. until he gets that case settled due to recent Visa restrictions put in place by the Department of Homeland Security. We are almost tempted to send the Department of Homeland Security a thank you note.

Well, Don Imus has done it again. After being fired last year for calling the Rutgers women’s basketball team a bunch of “nappy-headed hos” he decided it was time to show his true colors once again…

While discussing suspended NFL Player Adam “Pacman” Jones, Imus busted out the following question followed with a few statements.

Imus asked, .What color is he?..

.He.s African-American,.. Mr. Wolf responded.

.Well, there you go,.. Mr. Imus said. .Now we know…

After being picked up on several media sites, someone wrote him an email asking what he was trying to convey. Don Imus responded with the following statement:

.I meant he was being picked on because he.s black…

Suuuurreee you were Imus. We all know you’re a little closet racist!

Comedian George Carlin died at 5:55PM last night in a Santa Monica, California hospital. He died of Heart Failure.

Apparently Carlin was complaining of chest pains Sunday afternoon when he admitted himself to the hospital. He has had heart trouble in the past, but was performing just last weekend in Las Vegas.

In the 1970’s, Carlin became popular for his unpredictable performances. He was arrested in 1972 for uttering “Seven Words You Can Never Say on Television”. See George Carlin Mugshot.
