What a breath of fresh air this is for California courts! A celebrity is actually taking responsibility for their misjudgment and cooperating with authorities. American Pie actor, Chris Klein, has willingly served the 96 hours in the slammer for his second DUI arrest. Additionally, Klein spent two months at an in-patient rehab facility and extended his stay on his own accord.

The 31-year-old appeared at the Van Nuys, California court where he pleaded no contest to the DUI charges. Klein was sentenced to four years on probation, 18 months of alcohol education classes and fines. In court, the actor told Judge David B. Gelfound, “I apologize for my wrongdoing and I really appreciate that the court gave me the opportunity to prove how seriously I took all of this.”

There was a required minimum jail sentence of 4 days for Klein’s repeat offense, which he voluntarily served at a private city jail. As a result of this mistake, Chris will also have an interlock device installed preventing him from starting the ignition of his car if alcohol is present on his breath.

Klein’s attorney, Blair Berk, told PEOPLE, “Chris took immediate responsibility for what he did and has used this experience in such a positive way to get help to confront and addiction to alcohol,” adding, “He deserves enormous credit for stepping up and getting it done.” Unlike another celebrity facing DUI probation troubles … not to mention names Lindsay Lohan.

Tiger Woods Rachel Uchitel Buys a $2 Million Pad.  The famous home wrecking whore, Rachel Uchitel has just purchased a 3-bedroom pad in Manhattan.   A source claims Uchitel made a “pretty sweet deal.”

The million dollar purchase comes days after the former Tiger Woods mistress made a deal with the super star golfer worth $10 million. Her swanky pad apparently has three bedrooms, a doorman, security and a fireplace.

Were told her neighbors aren’t too thrilled with the purchase.   But, one of the main reasons why she is settling here…”It would be the perfect place to start a family.”  Well…who do you think will be the daddy?

It has been reported the troubled rapper, T.I., and his wife were arrested in California after authorities discovered a controlled substance in their possession. The couple were taken into custody after a traffic stop late Wednesday night.

When they were pulled over, Los Angeles police reported the smell of marijuana coming from the rapper’s car. Unfortunately, for T.I., whose legal name is Clifford Joseph Harris, this isn’t his first brush with the law.
Harris was sentenced to prison in 2008, he was charged for the unlawful possession of firearms as a convicted felon. T.I. was arrested when federal agent saw him buy three machine guns in a grocery store parking lot in Atlanta, Georgia.

After serving 9 months in prison, T.I. then spent three months in a halfway house. After his release from prison, Harris did an interview at CNN and said, “Well, I’m just ready to put the bad things behind me and look forward to the future and, you know, just move forward and evolve — continue to evolve.”

Well, T.I. evolved with his wife, Tameka Dianne Cottle, straight back to the slammer and is they’re being held on $10,000 bail. The outcome of this arrest could be more bad news for the rapper.

Demi Moore’s young handsome husband Ashton Kutcher has been accused of cheating on her with another women…

Kutcher was caught red handed this weekend groping a hot young blonde at an Italian restaurant in L.A.  “Ashton had this gorgeous girl pinned against the wall, and he was totally making out with her,” a source said.  “I was shocked to see him sucking face with a girl who obviously wasn’t Demi.”

Say What?! Apparently Demi’s close friends have known since the beginning that the two were never meant to be…

“All along, Demi was told it would never work, that he’s going to cheat,” said the pal.  “When she finds out that it happened, she’ll be devastated.” Well, what do you think? Do you think Ashton is really a scum bag?

It looks like some things may never change for the hotel heiress, Paris Hilton. Late Friday night, Hilton was arrested in Las Vegas for the possession of a controlled substance, after police discovered cocaine in her purse.

The 29-year-old was in a vehicle pulled over on Las Vegas Boulevard for a routine traffic stop. It was reported the officers at the scene suspected marijuana smoke to be coming from the vehicle. The Hollywood socialite was not driving the vehicle. The stop took place outside the Wynn Hotel where Hilton’s flavor of the month, Cy Waits, manages a nightclub.

After the discovery of the cocaine in Paris’s purse, she was detained in the Clark County Detention Center early Saturday, and was later released. The male driver of the vehicle was arrested on DUI drug charges. It certainly has been an eventful summer for Hilton, as Friday’s arrest was the third drug-related incident she has been involved in throughout the course of the summer, including her travels in Europe.

For now, Paris is playing the “it wasn’t my cocaine” card, and for all of her “supporters” she tweeted, “I’m so thankful to all my fans for all the love and support you are giving me. Thank you all. Love you so much. Love Paris xoxo.”  And who could imagine the parents, Rick and Kathy Hilton, being upset over this? Apparently, after all the drama, Paris’s parents are “flipping out” and have expressed their dislike for her new man. Good luck with this one Paris, but in raw form it’s just a pattern.
