It looks like ABC has wrangled another Friends star. In addition to Courtney Cox’s Cougar Town, Matthew Perry will be starring in his own ABC sit-com this fall, Mr. Sunshine. Perry recalls playing a quirky, loveable Chandler Bing for 10 years on Friends, but says off screen he was kind of a jerk.

Perry, who co-wrote the series, Mr. Sunshine, will play an unlikable, self-centered sports arena owner, and told reporters, “They say, hey, write what you know. The reason that my character has only thought about himself is I knew somebody for whom that was the case for a long time,” but adds, “I’m much nicer now.”

After several years in the movie industry, Perry joked about his success saying, “You can tell how successful the movies are … by the fact that I’m here.” In addition to adding Perry to the lineup, ABC is also about to ink a deal with Courtney Cox’s BFF, Jennifer Aniston, for a guest appearance on Cougar Town, which arguably could be the best show on TV since Friends.

Contrary to recent gossip alleging Jennifer Aniston has been trying “The Baby Food Cleanse” created by trainer Tracy Anderson, she is in fact not eating baby food. Aniston recently interviewed with PEOPLE Magazine saying, “I’ve been asked lately, ‘Jen, what’s this baby food diet all about?’ I kept thinking: That’s the strangest question ever.”

While Aniston is currently filming in Hawaii with Adam Sandler for Just Go With It, she was the latest alleged celebrity to try this ridiculous diet including 14 servings of pureed food every day finishing with a healthy dinner. Jen said, “Sorry, but the last time I had baby food, I believe I was 1.” The actress explained she had not worked with Tracy Anderson and “I’ve been on solids for about 40 years now.”

Jennifer Aniston reportedly flew several famous friends, including Gerard Butler, her hunky co-star in ‘The Bounty Hunter,’ to Los Cabos, Mexico to celebrate her upcoming birthday.

Aniston, who turns 41 on Feb. 11, retreated to a Los Cabos resort on Thursday night with pals including Butler, Courteney Cox, her husband David Arquette, and Sheryl Crow (who also celebrates a Feb. 11 b-day). Apparently the A-list group is staying in a waterfront villa.

There was a mini Friends reunion for Courtney Cox and Lisa Kudrow as they participated in ‘Rock A Little, Feed A Lot’ benefit concert in aid of the L.A. Regional Food Bank & Feed America held at the Nokia Theatre last night.

Jennifer Aniston was the only girl star from Friends missing, but making up for her absence were a ton of other stars, including Isla Fisher, Christina Applegate and more.

Looks like Monica and Phoebe are trying to say, “I’ll be there for you…!!!”

Jennifer, Renee, Bradley

Jennifer Aniston feels rejected and upset after Bradley Cooper ditched her for Renee Zellweger, reports the new issue of Us Weekly, on stands now.

“She wanted to turn her date with Cooper into something…she honestly feels screwed over,” a pal tells Us of Aniston, who dined at NYC eatery Il Cantinori on June 18 with her He’s Just Not That Into You costar — a few weeks before he began dating Zellweger.

Aniston “doesn’t see what Renee has that she doesn’t,” continues the pal.

Despite Cooper’s diss, Aniston will eventually bounce back, her friends insist.

“She had a major crush on him and she let him know. He didn’t reciprocate. She is fine,” her friend tells Us. “She’s used to being single and in work mode, and she’s used to rejection.”
