Haha…this sounds like the case of Mel Gibson!  Everyone hop on the Oksana ride…
Michael Lohan has finally been charged with 2nd degree harassment for allegedly threatening and attacking his fiancé Kate Major.  According to police documents, Michael Lohan threatened to kill her, called her a “c*nt” and kicked her in the face.

“My fiancé Michael Lohan came home while I was sleeping in a sofa chair.  He woke me up, yelling, ‘Why didn’t you pick up your cell phone, you stupid c**t,’” says Kate.
Kate continues, “He then turned over the chair while I was still in it, tossing me to the floor.  I crawled to the other side of the room to get away from him.  He walked over to me, took his shoe off and kicked me in my face while I was still on the ground.  He stood over me and said, ‘I’m going to go back to jail cause of you, cause I will kill you.’”

Kate says, “He said all of this to me cause he is afraid I’m going to leave him.  I am very afraid of him.”

Michael Lohan on the other hand, claims he “never physically abused” Kate…he says Kate was “heavily intoxicated.”  The statement from Michael’s lawer, Lisa Bloom says:  “Michael Lohan 100% denies each and every one of Kate Major’s allegations.  He has never threatened to harm her, never assaulted her, and never physically abused her in any way. Kate was heavily intoxicated during the verbal argument between Michael and Kate in the early afternoon on Monday.  Michael Lohan has been clean and sober for six years. Michael Lohan is fully cooperating with the police investigation.  No charges have been filed.  He expects to be fully vindicated.”

Um…can someone say crazy? What is wrong with the Lohan family? Is this just another way the Lohan family can stay in the spot light while Lindsay is locked away behind bars…

As much as one could say Mel Gibson is losing his entire support system since the leak of the obnoxious rant tape, Gibson still has a friend in Whoopi Goldberg. That says a lot after Gibson was screaming racial slurs at his baby mama, Oksana, in the tapes.

Monday, on The View, Whoopi explained, “I don’t like what he did here but I know Mel, and I know that he’s not a racist.” Okay, well it also seems that Mel has changed a lot over the years since their friendship began, but Whoopi persists, “I have had a long friendship with Mel. You can say he’s being a bonehead, but I can’t sit and say that he’s a racist having spent time with him in my house with my kids.”

And the drunken anti-Semitic remarks Gibson was slinging during his DUI arrest in 2006, Whoopi blames that on the alcohol. “Let me tell you something about drunks,” the host says, “Drunks say stupid stuff to people all the time, all the time, because they are drunk. They are out of control, they are not thinking, they are idiotic. That’s why I don’t like alcohol.”

Even though Whoopi doesn’t believe her friend was drunk during his rampant phone call, she refuses to call Gibson a racist. “I’m not defending Mel, I’m simply saying … I don’t see him as that because that’s not been my experience with him,” Goldberg says.

It looks like Jennifer Lopez isn’t the only celebrity facing a lawsuit.  Former Spice Girl Melanie Brown, also known as Mel B, has been sued for over $1.4 million for beating up real estate agent Amado Aguirre.  Hah!

According to reports Scary Spice, her husband Stephen Belafonte, and Amin Zahedi, a man who worked for the couple beat Amado Aguirre while he was doing his job, taking pictures of a home he was hired to appraise.  Apparently the boxing trio mistook him for a paparazzo and went into attack mode.

Aguirre claims he suffered neck and back injuries and a broken hand in the incident and is seeking $1 million in punitive damages, as well as $350,000 in general damages, $35,000 for medical expenses, and $100,000 for loss of future earnings.   Whoa, that’s a hunk of change right there!

Naomi Campbell’s spokesman says the supermodel will cooperate with police following an accusation of assault from a man who was reportedly hired to drive her.

The driver accused Campbell of punching and slapping him while he was driving her around New York on Tuesday, says the Associated Press. He claimed Campbell flew into a rage and began hitting him from the back seat. He said his head collided with the steering wheel, resulting in bruising beneath his right eye.

The AP says the driver told police that he brought the car to a stop in midtown Manhattan and talked with a traffic agent, who contacted the authorities. He alleged that Campbell hopped out of the car and ran.

Police tell the AP they’re looking for the 39-year-old supermodel and are deciding whether or not to charge her.

Paris Hilton was spotted for the first time since tabloid reports surfaced claiming the socialite and her boyfriend Doug Reinhardt got into a physical argument on Halloween.

“It’s people making up silly stories,” she tells the photogs as she and Doug headed into BOA in Hollywood on Monday night.

On Monday, Paris’ rep gave ET this exclusive statement saying, “Doug had thrown Paris’ phone to a friend inside the car and it went out of the window by accident. Paris was annoyed with Doug because she was afraid that the paparazzi would get her phone. There was never a choking incident. The photographs show Doug asking Paris not to go back outside and to calm down.”
