The Emmy-winning blonde beauty is engaged to Simran Singh, an entertainment lawyer, according to her rep. A wedding date is still to be determined.

Apparently, Pressly and Singh plan to celebrate her 32nd birthday with a red velvet cake and 50 of their friends at the rooftop nightspot Float atop the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego. The couple reportedly checked into the Hard Rock on Thursday.

Jaime was previously engaged to S.K.A.M. Artist DJ Eric Cubiche, with whom she has a two-year-old son, but the pair split last November.

Jennifer Love Hewitt has denied she is engaged. The actress was believed to have gotten betrothed after her ‘Ghost Whisperer’ co-star Jamie Kennedy proposed live on stage at California’s Laugh Factory last weekend, but the marriage rumors have been dismissed.

Jennifer’s representative said: “There is no truth to the report.”

Jamie, who has been dating Jennifer since earlier this year, also blasted the engagements claims - insisting he would never have proposed in such an unromantic setting.

He wrote on his Twitter blog yesterday: “There’s a lil rumor going round that i got down on one knee in Long beach. If i was gonna get down on one knee do u think i wud do it in the LBC???? I mean i’m down with Snoop but L Beach dosent scream Romance. I luv my girl and wen it happens you’ll be the first to know.”

Kim has decided to speak up against the rumors finally.

“I’m not engaged!” the beauty declared on her official blog Wednesday.

“It’s totally my publicist’s fault…,” she writes. “(My publicist) said she gets so many wedding requests she thought we were actually engaged. The rumors about me picking out my ring already are also not true! I don’t know where all this comes from!”

Kim finished off the blog entry assuring visitors of her Web site that they would be the first to know when she gets engaged — after she tells her family, of course!
