The ultimate infidelity scandal has reached the inevitable. Tiger Woods and his supermodel wife, Elin Nordegren, finalized their divorce on Monday, according to a joint statement from the ex-couple’s attorneys.

It was last Thanksgiving when the allegations of Wood’s serial infidelities surfaced. The statement said, “We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best for the future,” and continued, “While we are no longer married, we are the parents of two wonderful children and their happiness has been, and will always be, of paramount importance to both of us.”

The judgment of the Woods divorce, was issued in Bay County, Florida has offered “shared parenting of their two children,” according to the attorneys. During this transition into Splitsville, the former pair ask for privacy while adjusting “to a new family situation.”

On Monday, Nordegren cited their marriage as “irretrivably broken” as the reason for divorce in the dissolution of marriage petition. Sounds about right. On July 3, a settlement was agreed upon including the shared parenting responsibilities. Florida offers a 20-day delay period before a final judgment, which the couple chose to waive. Additionally, Elin has submitted the request to have her name restored to Elin Maria Pernilla Nordegren.

Attorneys for Tiger and Elin have refused to further comment on anything other than what the joint statement says. When asked about a prenuptial agreement or the settled agreement, Woods’ agent, Mark Steinberg also declined to comment, “We’re not commenting beyond what was in the release.”

In the past year, her personal life may have not hit the lottery, but Sandra Bullock’s income was the winning ticket. In Forbes recent ranking of the highest-paid actress, Sandra Bullock crushed her competition earning a reported $56 million between June 2009 and June 2010.

Bullock even took a pay cut to play the Oscar winning role in The Blind Side, however her share generously paid off after the film earned $310 million in box office sales … a very profitable return for a $30 million budget project.

The top earning actress nearly doubled the income of the following two on the list, Reese Witherspoon and Cameron Diaz both earning $32 million. Although the road has been rocky for Bullock for a few months, it has been the most successful year of Bullock’s entire career. And it’s not even just the money, because she won an Oscar for her leading role which is the most prestigious honor for an actress. But the money can’t hurt, and her new adopted boy, Louie, is certainly one lucky little baby.

Within hours of Heidi Montag “officially” filing for divorce from her estranged husband, Spencer Pratt already can’t tolerate being out of the limelight. Pratt said, “I love Heidi but out marriage was a show — it was part of The Hills world,” adding, “And that world was on a sound stage.”

When the latter of Speidi filed for divorce on Friday, she cited the reason as irreconcilable differences. Spencer explains his side of the story in third person, “It’s clear that reality TV-fame-loving Spencer Pratt does not fit with my ex-wife Heidi MOntag’s ambitions for a motion picture actor/pop star career and being a single sex symbol for the world.”

Turns out this marriage wasn’t big enough for both of their heads to fit into. Spencer says, “Some say if you can’t handle the heat get out of the kitchen, Well, Heidi couldn’t handle King Spencer’s fame so she got out of the marriage.” OMG. Make it go away.

Do you hear that? … There’s a fat lady singing somewhere! Shockingly enough, the former Hills star, Heidi Montag,  voluntarily opted out of a new reality show opportunity. Maybe Spencer wasn’t BS-ing when he said she wanted more than just fame?

Montag may not be avoiding reality TV all together, but she did pass on a show with her former Hills castmate Jen Bunney. The reality show would capture the pair’s “life after The Hills” and was thought to have wheels in motion, but Bunney recently posted on her site that the program may never see the light of day.

In a whirlwind of dramatic events, Heidi is in the middle of a separation from her first husband at 23-years-old. She is also rumored to be working on a reality show with Hugh Hefner’s twin ex-girlfriends, Kristina and Karissa Shannon.

Former costar Bunney said, “Although, I of course wanted to pursue this project with her I also respect that she has a lot to deal with right now and have decided to go ahead and move forward with it alone,” she added, “since these opportunities have presented themselves (my hope is that she will want to be involved later on).”

Although the estranged couple, Jon and Kate Gosselin, quickly settled their divorce, they are still battling over who will have full custody of their litter of eight.

Jon filed for primary custody of the kids back in April, claiming Kate “abuses” the terms of the custody agreement in place and during her stint of DWTS, she was an “absentee parent.” According to PEOPLE, reports show Kate currently has primary custody of the kids and Jon is currently paying $21,000 a month in child support, an agreement the was reached through arbitration.

Despite the rumors that Jon and Kate have reached a highly confidential agreement, Jon’s attorney, Mary Vidas told CNN the custody battle is ongoing and an agreement has yet to be reached. Those Gosselin kids are just so lucky to have such “special” parents.
