OMG…Oh My Gaga!
Pop-icon, Lady Gaga surprised fans at the Lollapalooza festival in Chicago over the weekend, when she dove into the crowd wearing no more than a fish-net body stocking. Barf!
Gaga, 24, wearing a torn fish-net top with star pasties and torn fish-net stockings over nude-colored grannie panties took over the mic and said, “I didn’t used to be brave. In fact I wasn’t very brave at all. But you have made me brave, little monsters. So now I’m going to be brave for you.” She then dove head-first into the crowd. One lucky fan can even be seen licking her stomach. Lady Gaga was definitely one of the headline acts at the festival!
What do you think of her unique outfit
While commuting to their next stop on tour, Bret Michael’s tour bus was searched by authorities. The Indiana sheriff’s deputies found marijuana on the rock star’s bus after the K-9 unit caught a whiff of something illegal in the middle of a routine traffic stop.
The deputies in Dekalb County said they discovered some pot on both buses in Michael’s caravan, in addition to “a quantity of Schedule II controlled substances” which was not specified but could be anything from cocaine to methamphetamine to oxycodone. According to the officer reports, the substance was not found on the bus Michael’s was riding in.
Michael’s rep confirmed to E! News, “Two of Bret’s tour busses were pulled over last night. Officers on the scene claimed there were no trailer tag lights. No arrests were made. Mr. Michaels allowed an open search of the buses and everything was handled in a professional manner.”
It seems maybe as though the Poison frontman really has turned his life around after his medical ordeals this year. Or maybe he’s been a softy all along and the world is only realizing it now.
The lead singer of the Smashing Pumpkins, Billy Corgan, collapsed on stage in the middle of performing with the band in Tampa, Florida on Thursday night. The rocker later tweeted, “That wasn’t a stage move or clumsiness,” Corgan added, “That was me blacking out and wiping out.”
Billy was recently rumored to be dating Jessica Simpson, and will continue on the tour without postponement despite the incident. However, the next stop for the Smashing Pumpkins is Knoxville, Tennessee and those fans may hear more ballads than previously expected.
While recovering from the fall, Corgan tweeted, “I have no memory of falling against the drum riser and my guitar cabinet, but I can tell you I’ve got quite a good bruise + am moving slow.” Hopefully the rocker makes a swift recovery.
Santana fans got more than a concert on Friday night from the smooth guitarist, Carlos Santana. The rocker proposed onstage to his girlfriend, drummer Cindy Blackman.
The proposal came at a tour stop in Tinley Park, Illinois just outside Chicago. A representative for Santana said he popped the question four songs into the concert after a drum solo from Blackman. Cindy said, “Yes!” and the happy couple shared a kiss as the crowd cheered on.
The Grammy-winning Santana ended his 34-year-marriage to his wife, Deborah Santana back in 2007. Blackman is an exceptional drummer who previously worked with Lenny Kravitz and Cassandra Wilson. Santana gushes that he and Blackman are blessed to have found each other and explains that being in love “is a gift from the universe.” Congratulations to the happy couple! When’s the wedding?
Rock star, Jon Bon Jovi, performed a hometown concert Friday at New Meadowlands Stadium in New Jersey, and somehow during the show he ended up with a torn calf muscle. Good news the injury occurred near the end of the concert, but Bon Jovi kept on rocking as he limped across stage.
While having a hard time walking, Bon Jovi told the audience, “What can I say? I’m old.” You know, he was already halfway there and praying as the rocker closed out the concert with ‘Livin on a Prayer’ and the fans went wild. A rep for the band said, “The injury won’t prevent Bon Jovi from playing any of their upcoming stadium dates this summer.” The next concert stop is scheduled for Monday in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Rock on, Bon Jovi!
