It has been reported the troubled rapper, T.I., and his wife were arrested in California after authorities discovered a controlled substance in their possession. The couple were taken into custody after a traffic stop late Wednesday night.

When they were pulled over, Los Angeles police reported the smell of marijuana coming from the rapper’s car. Unfortunately, for T.I., whose legal name is Clifford Joseph Harris, this isn’t his first brush with the law.
Harris was sentenced to prison in 2008, he was charged for the unlawful possession of firearms as a convicted felon. T.I. was arrested when federal agent saw him buy three machine guns in a grocery store parking lot in Atlanta, Georgia.

After serving 9 months in prison, T.I. then spent three months in a halfway house. After his release from prison, Harris did an interview at CNN and said, “Well, I’m just ready to put the bad things behind me and look forward to the future and, you know, just move forward and evolve — continue to evolve.”

Well, T.I. evolved with his wife, Tameka Dianne Cottle, straight back to the slammer and is they’re being held on $10,000 bail. The outcome of this arrest could be more bad news for the rapper.

The ultimate infidelity scandal has reached the inevitable. Tiger Woods and his supermodel wife, Elin Nordegren, finalized their divorce on Monday, according to a joint statement from the ex-couple’s attorneys.

It was last Thanksgiving when the allegations of Wood’s serial infidelities surfaced. The statement said, “We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best for the future,” and continued, “While we are no longer married, we are the parents of two wonderful children and their happiness has been, and will always be, of paramount importance to both of us.”

The judgment of the Woods divorce, was issued in Bay County, Florida has offered “shared parenting of their two children,” according to the attorneys. During this transition into Splitsville, the former pair ask for privacy while adjusting “to a new family situation.”

On Monday, Nordegren cited their marriage as “irretrivably broken” as the reason for divorce in the dissolution of marriage petition. Sounds about right. On July 3, a settlement was agreed upon including the shared parenting responsibilities. Florida offers a 20-day delay period before a final judgment, which the couple chose to waive. Additionally, Elin has submitted the request to have her name restored to Elin Maria Pernilla Nordegren.

Attorneys for Tiger and Elin have refused to further comment on anything other than what the joint statement says. When asked about a prenuptial agreement or the settled agreement, Woods’ agent, Mark Steinberg also declined to comment, “We’re not commenting beyond what was in the release.”

The passing of Martin Short’s wife, Nancy Dolman, was relatively soon as she was just 58-years-old. However, her death was from natural causes, confirmed by the chief coroner.

Los Angeles County Coroner Chief, Craig Harvey, explained, “Nancy Doman was under the care of a private physician for a natural disease,” telling PEOPLE, “There will be no coroner involvement.” Back in 2007, it was reported Dolman had been battling cancer, but a publicist for Short would not comment on her cause of death.

A 911 call was made from Martin Short’s home on Saturday, and his wife had passed away. The couple were married for 30 years and have three children together, Katherine, 26; Oliver, 24; and Henry, 21.

There have been pregnancy rumors swirling about Khloé Kardashian, and she has even said she is “just fat.” However, her husband, Lamar Odom, has high hopes she will soon be rocking a real baby bump with another Kardashian to keep up with. On Monday, Odom told PEOPLE, “We would love to be able to raise children together,” he said at an event in New York City, “That’s something that happens when you become a family. Hopefully it’ll happen soon.”

At this point, 26-year-old Khloé and Lamar, 30, are just stepmom and dad to Odom’s two children, Destiny and Lamar Jr., from a previous relationship. The couple have been picking up some baby tips from the newest addition to the Kardashian brood.

Lamar admits, “Mason definitely gives us some insight, some practice,” he said of his 8-month-old nephew, “He is a special little boy.” For now, the newlyweds are still focusing on sharing time together amidst their chaotic summer agendas. Odom says, “People would be surprised about how we’re big time homebodies,” he explains, “We like to just stay home, relax with a movie. Khloé loves champagne — and laughing.”

Looks like the ultimate ladies’ man, Charlie Sheen, will avoid jail time all together for the assault charges on Christmas Day in Aspen. Also, the Two and Half Men star will not be required to do public service in the Aspen community.

Pleading guilty to misdemeanor third-degree assault, dropped two other more serious charges including a felony charge of menacing. The sentencing Sheen received was 30 days in a rehab facility, 30 days of probation and 36 hours of anger management.

Sheen had a 30 day deadline to make arrangements at Promises Treatment Center in California, however whether he attends remains in limbo. According to Sheen’s attorney, Yale Galanter, Charlie has already spent 93 days at the facility since the new year and could possibly credit that time toward his sentence. Galanter said, “Credit for time served is absolutely on the table. How much credit he gets is up to Promises.”

In a statement after his hearing and receiving sentencing, Sheen said, “I’m very grateful to the court and to the people of Pitkin County. I look forward to complying with the court’s decision, getting on with my life and putting this behind me.”
