Some former possessions of Anne Hathaway, given as gifts from her con-artist ex boyfriend, Raffaello Follieri, will be auctioned off. Follieri ran some pretty shady operations swindling millions of dollars from investors, and in the process of the investigation, the FBI confiscated items given to Hathaway throughout their 4-year courtship.

The Federal authorities will now auction off the high price baubles, however a date has yet to be disclosed for the auction. The items include a $25,000 Rolex watch, diamond earrings, cross pendant necklace, gold rings, a five-strand pearl necklace and a Louis Vuitton box. The Devil Wears Prada actress was given the exclusive opportunity to bid on her former possessions, but opted not to.

Hathaway’s items were used by the Feds in order to build a case against the 31-year-old, Follieri. Anne, 27, then broke up with her former lover just before his arrest. The con ended up pleading guilty to 14 counts of wire fraud, money laundering and conspiracy. Follieri is now is prison serving his 4 and a half year sentencing for the crimes.

Anne Hathaway was involved in a traffic collision in West Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon.

A police spokesperson tells us the actress was a passenger in a car (driven by a male) that collided with a bicyclist. Police say the bicyclist was at fault but was not severely injured or taken to the hospital.

The collision occurred around 1:10 p.m, and the actress was unharmed.

A New York judge today sentenced the ex-boyfriend of actress Anne Hathaway to four and a half years in prison for his role in an investment scam involving millions of dollars.

Prosecutors had urged no leniency for Raffaello Follieri, aged 30, who entered a guilty plea in September to one count of conspiring to commit wire fraud, eight counts of wire fraud, and five counts of money laundering.

Authorities say Follieri claimed to investors he could buy property belonging to the Catholic Church at bargain prices. But prosecutors say he instead used the investor money to finance a lavish lifestyle, including a $37,000-per-month apartment.
